WINE TASTING TOUR

After many searches and many visits, we have reached our aim: to find a wine company  that in our region it is able to offer a huge selection of wines and the maximum expression of the local wine culture. All this meet a decennial tradition of excellent local food, unique flavours, researched presentation and service.

This "paradise corner" is located at 70 KM (approx) from Naples, on the "Irpini mountains". As soon as we reach  the farm, our guests will be welcomed with kind and professional behaviour by English speaking staff. The tour starts with the visit to the huge and flourishing vineyards, a marvellous sight for eyes and soul of all the visitors, that rejoins the man-kind with the nature. The visit continues to the wine cellars, as always in company of specialized staff who will perfectly show how the modern technology mix well the ancient tradition of wine production.
Of course there will be the possibility to get to the areas where the wine is bottled, and then to the exposition area where the guests (in the maximum assistance, given by qualified staff) will be able to buy, if they will wish, exceptional wines!
At conclusion of a complete visit started in the build-up areas for raw materials, till the zones of production and sale, our customers will be hosted in the restaurant for the lunch: here, in a complete relax, they will stay dipped in an ancient flavours atmosphere; During this moment, is beginning the real “wine tasting”: this experience can be considered a unique experience: a “special lunch” that consists in a lot of courses, served with 4 or 5 different wines of their “classic selection”.
As you can easily figure out reading these few lines, our “wine tasting tour” is a complete tour on all accounts: landscape and gastronomic, with a walk-through about all the life of a wonderful wine!

CHEESE TASTING TOUR

Driving along the charming coastal road, where you can admire all the bay of Naples, we will reach the beautiful and interesting farm in Sorrento. Here, since more than half century, always in family business,  they produce high-quality cheeses, genuine, for discriminating taste, following the classic processing techniques of raw material, proper to this ancient art, with a minimal aid given by the modern/technological equipment.

In this factory you will have a complete tour of its workshop with characteristic equipment, while having a fascinating explanation of their production ending trying by yourself making of several kinds of cheeses (doing manually, of course with those operators). Just a little before the entrance to the workshop, they will provide all the dressing equipment you will need (this means disposable work clothing, such as hats and aprons) for free. Soon after, you will be on the job, making one of the worldwide famous Italian products: mozzarella cheese and other fresh cheeses!
At the end of this incredible experience, you will lunch in the same factory, tasting their typical products combined with other local dishes, deep in a very friendly-relaxing atmosphere sure of professional behaviour of all the STAFF, always at your disposal for any explanation in reply to all of your questions.
Join in this tour, means discover, admire and take a little part of one of the earliest arts for a tasty natural food, the famous Italian Mozzarella cheese (and other Italian fresh cheeses, of course).
This tour is combined with one of these amazing places: the archaeological Pompeii or the charming Sorrento village or the picturesque Positano village (located on Amalfi Coast).
