Caserta

From Naples, we start to drive on the highway going toward Rome; In approx 40 Km distance is located the town of Caserta. Our excursions include visits to The Palace and the Park. The palace was built by Charles of Bourbon, King of the Two Sicilies, who in 1750 bought the land on which to build the palace. Later, Charles III of Bourbon commissioned the architect Luigi Vanvitelli to realize the monumental construction. The Royal Palace Park is structured in three areas: the first consists of a huge green lawn marked by white and straight avenues, another is characterized by the presence of beautiful fountains, while the third includes the English Garden.

Other characteristics of this town, are the shopping mall (recently many tourists look for this type of shops) located around the city centre. In and around the city, are located so many Cheese factories, in fact Caserta (with Paestum) is considered one of the best Italian places for dairy products (probably the best Buffalo Mozzarella is here! We say probably.. because each one has a different feeling about food. The only proof.. is to try it first, and then you’ll say!).

The service will be performed by English speaking driver using Mercedes sedan or deluxe mini-van; Caserta can be combined with other beautiful locations.
